This policy covers this website, sucsaas.io. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, shown in the app and on its store listing.

What we collect

This website has no accounts, forms, analytics or advertising, and sets no cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) for a short time to keep the site secure and working. The site uses Google Fonts, so your browser fetches the fonts from Google, which receives your IP address in the process.

If you email us, we keep your email and what you send so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation.

Why we use it

Server logs are kept for our legitimate interest in running a secure website. Emails are kept for our legitimate interest in answering you, or to take steps towards a contract if you ask about working with us.

Who we share it with

Our website host (Vercel Inc.), Google (for fonts) and our email provider process this information on our behalf. Some of these providers may store data outside the UK, protected by the UK's approved safeguards such as adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Server logs are kept by our host for a short period, usually no more than 30 days. Emails are kept for up to two years after our last contact, unless we need them longer for legal or accounting reasons.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct, delete or restrict it, or object to how we use it. Email alex@sucsaas.io. If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
